  3. Character Certificate as per Annexure I - Original
  4. Migration Certificate - Original
  5. 10 Colour Photographs
  6. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card)
  7. Family ID (Parivar Pehchaan Patra)
  8. Scheduled Caste Certificate as per Annexure IV, if applicable
  9. PAN Card photocopy of parents
  10. Backward Class Certificate as per Annexure V if applicable, and Affidavit as per Annexure VI, if applicable
  11. JEE (Main) Rank Card Certificate
  12. Certificate of Medical Fitness - Original
  13. Anti-Ragging Declaration (by online)

  • All originals and three sets of attested photocopies of all applicable documents, testimonials and certificates are to be brought at the time of reporting.
